Which Translation does God use?

Fröhliche Weihnachten - (German)
Joyeux Noel - (French)
Buone Feste Natalizie - (Italian)
Kung His Hsin Nien bing Chu Shen Tan - (Chinese)

What do these all mean?  MERRY CHRISTMAS.  But someone had to translate for you because they were in a different language.  A language that we didn't understad.  A translation is when someone takes a Word you don't know, and puts it in the language you DO know.

The Bible says in John 1:1 that the WORD was with God and the WORD was God.  But there is a problem, because you and I don't speak the language of God.  So God translated his word for us by putting his WORD into a language we could understand.

John 1:14 says "The Word became flesh and dwelt among us."  God sent his Word into the language that we could understand - skin and bone.

If someone ever asks you, "Do you believe in the Inerrant Word of God?"  Say, "Yes, his Name is Jesus."

Next time you hear someone at a restaurant speaking a language you don't understand, just remember, without God's translation of Jesus, we wouldn't understand him either.

Feliz Navidad, próspero año y felicidad

(Merry Christmas and Happy New Year)
